Brandy Morgan – After I broke a kneecap, scar tissue grew under the kneecap and has prevented me from straightening my leg as it should. My PT recommended stretching the back muscles of my leg as part of my therapy. This incline is doing the job well. I set it at the bottom of a stair step and lean toward the stairs for a better stretch.
