Sarah Franklin – I tend to have problems with tight Achilles’ tendons and plantar fasciitis, which is why I wanted to try this slant board. It’s very easy to use, with a variety of angles, and easy to move around and store. I’ve also found that I can set it up under my desk and use it change the angle of my feet and hips while sitting, which is helping with a hip injury that can be exacerbated by sitting with my hip at a 90° – this board allows different angles while sitting, which I find to be very beneficial. The board itself is made of layers of plywood, with the exterior surface laminated, so it’s very sturdy, and the standing surface is covered in a non-slip coating. I’m very pleased with this slant board.
