Laura Davis – I have such tight calves, to the point that I get a lot of shin splints and even a stress fracture or two. I have learned many exercises throughout the years to cope, and this portable wooden slant board helps me do those stretches easier. It is very easy to use, and is adjustable for various stretches depending on which part of the body you want to target. Also, it holds up to 350 pounds, and definitely easily supports my weight. Also, it folds up for small storage!
