Renee – Everything about this incline board is great. The reason I gave it an overall rating of 4 stars is because based on the images, you are lead to believe that it comes equipped with the hook/loop to put the exercise band through. That’s not the case. The hook or loop arrives in a baggy with screws, however, it’s up to you to drill holes into the wood in order to assemble that component. I’m a single female. I don’t have a drill at home. I feel like it should come to you with the holes already drilled in so all you’d have to do is screw it in. So, unfortunately, this particular feature isn’t usable. Aside from that, everything else is very good. No complaints.
