Terrence – I had to use one of these for physical therapy (plantar fasciitis.) It was one of the therapies I found very beneficial. Finally bought this one for home use. It is solid, and works just like the one at the physical therapy place. Gives a good deep stretch. I finally pulled the trigger because it was an Amazon deal at 40% off or so. Glad I did. I paid about $35 all in. Great deal. I recommend.
