Victor – Great quality — sturdy, easily adjustable, just the right size (compact but not too small), very well made (no chips or splinters, etc.). It works exactly as described and appears to be durable. Good slip resistance. Makes an important part of your workout easy and efficient to do. I bought it on the advice of a physical trainer and I’m glad I did.
