Daisy Taylor – I liked that this was the same wooden slant board used by my physical therapist. I liked I like that the unit allows you to increase the intensity in you calf by elevating the slant board. When using the slant board, put your toes to your arch on the board, not your whole foot and lean forward without bending at the hips. Be sure to wear a pair of shoes or sneakers. You want to feel a stretch in your calf and Hamstring.
