Aladin Martinez – I have chronically tight calves and my physical therapist recommended a slant board to help stretch my calves and Achilles tendon. This slant board has a huge platform, which is great if you have large feet. It is much bigger than the slant board at my PT’s office. It’s very easy to use and offers quite a few height options to really increase your stretch. The any-slip pad is great for using it with or without shoes, but my PT recommended it with shoes.It’s great that it folds flat and can be tucked away when not in use. The instructions also offer quite a few exercise suggestions that I hadn’t considered using it for. It appears to be extremely study and well built. Highly recommended!
