Jason – This is very well built. It’s actually much nicer than the one I use at my physical therapy facility. I recommend the larger one as it’s more stable and easier to balance on. I was disappointed that it did not come with the “spikey ball” that was recommended for some of the stretches. It would have cost the manufacturer a bit extra and would have saved me the trouble of finding and buying one separately. It should have been included. That’s the only reason I rated this 4 stars. The unit itself is beautifully made and great to use.
