Hannah White – I recently had physical therapy for a knee issue. As part of my treatment, my therapist had me use a slant board for stretching. I figured I could jury-rig something at home to replicate the slant board, but after several experiments, I threw in the towel and started shopping for a proper slant board to purchase.I selected this board because it looked very similar to what I was using in the PT office. I was very impressed with the quality of the product when it arrived. Yes, it is big and bulky and heavy, but that makes it very stable. Yes, you have to wear shoes to use it, because the safety treads are very aggressive and socks will not work (barefoot would be uncomfortable).I like the range of adjustments for the angle of the board. There are cutouts on the side for use in lifting and carrying the board — the cutouts are thoughtfully covered with a rubbery insert that makes it comfortable on your hands. It seems to be a well-crafted product. 100% happy with this slant board.
