Grace – My gym does not have a slant board- why, who knows it’s a basic piece of gym equipment. This is a professional quality slant board that you would find in any good gym. It is well worth the $$. Backing on the bottom of the board prevents slippage on the floor. The included bag makes it easy for me to bring it to my gym.
