Robert – Sometimes I have a lot of pain in my feet and I’ve been starting to have some leg pain. After being a runner and working out for most of my life, the pain has kind of snuck up on me. This allows me to stretch at different angles and relieve some of the pain. It’s easy to do while you’re watching TV or in between tasks at home. But on the other hand, I’m not that fond of storing it while not in use even though it is small.
