I purchased this to get more ankle mobility. The unit is easy to move around and has a handle (see video). It also has an adjustable incline that is easy to maneuver (see video).The thing I liked most is that it came with instructions on how to utilize it with different exercises. The grip paper on top is 100% non slip and will make you feel comfortable doing all of the exercises. If you watch the video, you can also see that our cat Luna is heavily interested in it, but can’t write a review due to having paws.
