Stephanie Stephens – I’ve had this for at least a year now and I love it. Plenty of different angles, and great grip. I’m a smaller guy (5’7″, 155-165 lbs), so I don’t know how it would perform under greater weights often, but it’s done great for me. I use it for stretching and calf raises, I get a mean stretch at the bottom of the calf raises that just feels so good. That and a combination of toe yoga, ankle strengthening exercises and tibialis raises have banished my persistent plantar fasciitis. Worth your money.
