Brenda Hawkins – I really like the adaptability to change the height on the slant board for both stretching and squating. I actually use the board to squat (legs shoulder width apart), which allows me to isolate my quads/thighs. I do this by standing on the highest incline with toes facing down. The width of the board is great, allowing for muliple purposes!
