Kevin Brown – I damaged my ankle not too long ago and needed surgery. When I got to the Physical Therapy part of my recovery, I had to keep stretching my ankle in different directions to get my full mobility and flexibility back. We used instruments similar to this one to help me do that. Sometimes I still feel stiffness in my ankle and I do stretches daily. This tool has been immensely helpful with helping me get going each morning. I stretch for 10 minutes and it makes the day easier. If you have similar issues to me, I strongly recommend this tool to help with your recovery. I’ll probably always use this board in one way or another.
