Brianna Young – I have been battling “Achilles Tendonitis-” the preliminary diagnosis until I can have my Podiatrist referral stop rescheduling my appointment for his assessment. Yep, the prescription anti-inflammatory meds do not work either… Thank goodness his lack of scheduling commitment has afforded me the time to order, receive, and use this gizmo – and get relief!I use to stand on the edge of a stair or a curb to get this kind of relief – yet curbs and stairs allow me to bounce – which is not good for tendonitis. One step on this “Professional” board, and you can feel an immediate difference. The grip is is gritty and secure, yet will not hurt your bare feet. I grips just as well with every kind of shoe, boot, or flip-flop I am wearing too.And the results. I stretch both legs, even though it is just my right Achilles with the issue – I use my left as a ‘Control’ so I know my real limits on my right. I will lock my knees and hold the pose for 30 seconds, and then bend my knees a good 15 degrees, and hold that for 30 seconds. Repeat 5-6 times. I can do this in the AM and PM while brushing and flossing my teeth. The relief is INSTANT and long lasting, and I am still on the lowest incline of 20 degrees.It is solid too. The design and construction as simple, sturdy, and made to last.If/when the Podiatrist finally comes around to keeping my initial appointment, which is still unscheduled, I just might be so fortunate to tell him that his services are no longer needed.If you have an issue like this, try this board. You will not regret it!
