Crystal – My husband and I both get on our slant board first thing in the morning. It is an amazing calf stretch and if you stand on a slant board for about 2-4 minutes a day, you will find you have less leg issues during the day. If your calves are too tight, then you can start at a lower level and will see how quicky your legs improve.
