Goose – I got this to stretch my calves and also do calf raises with a weighted backpack and a chin-up bar. It also helps me get into my hanging ab straps to do leg raises. I’m sure I will other ways to use it as well, and I plan on getting my wife to use it as well. So, a lot of uses.The best part, to me, as you can see from the image, is that it is super-easy to store. I just hammered a nail into a stud in my garage and hung it by the handle. I have so much gear in such a small space these days that I don’t want to get anything that’s going to add to the clutter. As you can see, this does not, and it took me all of five minutes to do, the longest part of which was finding where I’d left the nails.I also like that it’s made of wood. The tacky surface overlaid on the top is very grippy. No slippage, even at the steepest angle. It’s easy to set up and adjust, though you have to be careful as you will be dealing with gravity at some point and fingers could get in the way of wood. I think this is well made and should last a good long time.
