Its grippy surface allows barefoot use without slipping, even for someone weighing around 190 pounds. I used it during physical therapy for knee and hip pain, and it helped me achieve much deeper stretches, especially for heels and calves. It’s versatile for various stretches, and I recommend the company add a poster with stretch ideas, like hip turns to target different muscles.
