Melissa – I’m using this to work on my akilies tendonitis. So far so good. Really helps with heel raises and calf stretches. Overall very sturdy and stable. Only down side is that it is heavy. If you want to be able to move it around/put it away every day, this isn’t the right slant board for you. Otherwise, it’s great quality and worth the price.
