You get what you pay for. I have tried other slant boards, at a lower cost including tried the cheap plastic versions. They have generally been too narrow, and made them difficult to use, even just for stretching. This board, however, is high quality, well made, has a modern look-and, and, capable of handling whatever exercises you wish to do with it at any of its 5 angles. I bought it at first to stretch my achilles tendon due chronic achilles tendonitis, and not use it to stretch out to prevent running injuries (I’m a jogger). It is solid enough, and not too heavy to handle. I was very comfortable with the solid gripping, and could double my routine with its stretch band. This is a bit more expensive than some, but what good is saving 12 bucks if you can’t use the cheaper board. Double thumbs up from me. – Karl Finch, Ohio, USA
This is a very well built sturdy slant board. I weigh over 250 lbs and it has no problem supporting my weight. My calves and Achilles get great stretches which help give me relief from my plantar fasciitis. I would recommend this to anyone. – Richard L.B, Alaska, USA
About a year ago I developed a drop foot from a back issue. After surgery and physical therapy I really need to keep the muscles and ligaments stretched to fully recover. I used a slant board in PT and felt like that was the piece of equipment I needed to stretch well. I bought yours and its works perfectly, and enjoy using the extra calf wedge at the gym. Right now I leave it in a place where it is easy to stretch a little at different times of my day, and move it to under my office desk while I’m sitting to alleviate back pain from sitting too long – Lisa Parton, New Jersey, USA
